As the Estate Agent is working on behalf of the seller they may not have your best interest foremost. They will be keen to point out the good about a property but not so keen to point out any negative aspects of the property, its location or other factors related to your property requirements.

How do we get paid?

We arrange our fees through the Estate Agent or individual who is selling the property.

That way we do not have to charge our own clients anything.

And as we are working in your best interest, we do not get paid until we have fulfilled our commitment to you, and found the property that you decide to buy.
